My diet is not much of a diet. I take these pills called Skinny Fiber, 30-60 minutes before I eat, that makes 4-8 pills taken per day because I take 2 at a time. I haven’t exercised much, but when I do it’s just on the wall exercises, walking or running around with my niece and nephew for an hour or two. I try to cut processed foods out of my diet and I only drink water with my meals as well as carrying a water bottle with me all day long.
This is me. I am Amanda, I run Short&ChubbyGirls, but i prefer to go by Mandee. I am 20 years old, size 18/20 in pants, XXL,1x, or 2x in tops and 8.5/9 in shoes. I started a weight loss program on April 6th 2013, I am currently 41 days in and have lost about 7lbs without working out or changing my diet. I love being short and chubby, however, my weight was getting out of hand and I noticed a change in health which was frightening. Weight issues is a problem in both my family (both sides) as well as my fiance’s mother’s side, I do not want to look back on my wedding day as say “why didn’t I lose weight sooner” so I am doing it now. I also do not want my weight to affect my career, I work with young children (infants to preschool) and they are very active.
